Sitting the wrong way at your desk day in and day out can take a toll. You may feel like you are not in any real danger of hurting yourself since you are sitting all day, but sitting is the worst thing you can do for your back. Conversely, if you have a job that requires a lot of physical activity, you might be more prone to back injuries. Make sure you are doing everything you can to protect yourself from back pain, which is the leading cause of disability worldwide!
