Working under the roof of IH International Advisors, formerly known as Inter-IKEA, an institutional private equity investor with 20+ years investment history, Elena led due diligence processes for private equity and venture capital investment funds; performed thorough due diligence on a number of climate and impact funds; conducted market research and laid foundations for the climate fund of funds investment strategy. Prior to career in investment management, Elena gained industry experience by working in various projects across FMCG, Logistics, Banking, and Insurance sectors. While in investment management, Elena held a variety of NED and advisory roles. Successfully completed the University of Cambridge program ‘Climate Change for Decision-Makers: Challenges, Transformations, Strategies.’ This program equipped Elena with advanced tools to navigate complex climate change issues, identify reliable sources of information, articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, and develop informed strategies for organizations.
