Charlie is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Green Impact Exchange. He is responsible for leading the company's daily business and administrative operations and also serves on the Board of Directors of GIX's parent, Green Exchange, PBC. He is the former CEO of Kellogg Capital Markets and a former Executive Floor Governor at the NYSE. He sat as a Trustee on the New Jersey investment council and was a member of its ESG investment committee.
