(1) Based in Leawood, KS,Tallgrass Energy GP, LP (TEGP) scheduled a $900 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $4 billion at a price range midpoint of $25.50 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

TEGP is a recently formed Delaware limited partnership that will elect to be treated as a corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes.   The 'parent' is Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (TEP), with a market cap $3 billion.

TEGP’s only cash-generating assets at the closing of this offering will consist of 35,311,000 common units in Tallgrass Equity, which TEGP refers to as Tallgrass Equity units, representing a controlling 22.46% membership interest in Tallgrass Equity (through TEGP’s role as the sole managing member of Tallgrass Equity).

(2) Based in Abingdon, United Kingdom,Adaptimmune Therapeutics PLC (ADAP) scheduled a $150 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $1.1 billion at a price range midpoint of $16 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

ADAP is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on novel cancer immunotherapy products based on its T-cell receptor platform.

ADAP has developed a comprehensive proprietary platform that enables it to identify cancer targets in the form of peptides, which are short sequences of amino acids, find and genetically engineer T-cell receptors, or TCRs, and produce TCR therapeutic candidates for administration to patients.

(3) Based in Las Vegas, NV,International Market Centers (IMC) scheduled a $150 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $645 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Friday, May 8, 2015.

IMC, which is structured as an internally-managed REIT, is the largest owner and operator of permanent business-to-business showroom space in North America for the home furniture industry and one of the largest owners and operators of permanent business-to-business showroom space for the home décor and gift industries.

(4) Based in Charlotte, NC,Commercial Credit (CCR) scheduled a $116 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $278 million at a price range midpoint of $16 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

CCR is an independent financial services company engaged in the financing of commercial equipment. CCR provides secured loans and, to a lesser extent, leases to businesses that operate in the construction, fleet transportation and waste industries in the United States and Canada.

(5) Based in Charlotte, NC,Bojangles’ (BOJA) scheduled a $100 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $574 million at a price range midpoint of $16 for Friday, May 8, 2015.

Bojangles’ is a highly differentiated and growing restaurant operator and franchisor dedicated to serving customers high-quality, craveable food made from its Southern recipes.

In fiscal 2014, BOJA’s 254 company-operated and 368 franchised restaurants (628 total), primarily located in the Southeastern United States, generated over $1 billion in system-wide sales, representing $406.8 million in company restaurant revenues and $628.6 million in franchise sales which contributed $23.7 million in franchise royalty and other franchise revenues in fiscal 2014.

(6) Based in San Diego, CA,aTYR PHARMA (LIFE) scheduled a $75 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $316 million at a price range midpoint of $14 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

LIFE engages in the discovery and clinical development of innovative medicines for patients suffering from severe, rare diseases using its knowledge of Physiocrine biology, a newly discovered set of physiological modulators.

LIFE has discovered approximately 300 Physiocrines (physio for life and crine for specific activity), a class of naturally occurring proteins that LIFE believes promote homeostasis, a fundamental process of restoring stressed or diseased tissue to a healthier state.

(7) Based in Canton, MA,Collegium Pharmaceutical (COLL) scheduled a $75 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $251 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

COLL is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing and planning to commercialize next-generation abuse-deterrent products that incorporate its patented DETERx® platform technology for the treatment of chronic pain and other diseases.

COLL’s lead product candidate, Xtampza ER™, or Xtampza, is an abuse-deterrent, extended-release, oral formulation of oxycodone, a widely prescribed opioid medication.

(8) Based in Quebec, Canada,Klox Technologies (KLOX) scheduled a $67 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $353 million at a price range midpoint of $14 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

KLOX is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing products based on its proprietary BioPhotonic technology platform to address skin and soft tissue disorders.

Initially, KLOX intends to focus on indications in the areas of dermatology, wound care and oral health. LumiCleanse and LumiBel, KLOX’s dermatology treatment systems for acne vulgaris and cosmetic skin care, respectively, are being commercialized with leading global collaborators in Canada and Europe.

(9) Based in New York, NY,Anterios (ANTE) scheduled a $51 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $175 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Friday, May 8, 2015.

ANTE is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing and commercialization of novel botulinum products for therapeutic and aesthetic applications.

The botulinum toxin type A, or botulinum, market is currently a $2.8 billion global market. All currently approved and commercially available botulinum products are administered by injection.

(10) Based in Houston, TX,MultiVir (MVIR) scheduled a $60 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $193 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Wednesday, May 6, 2015.

MVIR is a clinical-stage gene therapy company developing a pipeline of novel product candidates for the treatment of multiple oncological indications.

MIVR's gene therapy and oncolytic viral technologies are directed against important therapeutic targets in oncology that are not fully addressed by existing small molecule cancer therapies.

(11) Based in Boston, MA,Gelesis (GLSS) scheduled a $52 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $179 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Wednesday, May 6, 2015.

GLSS is a biotechnology company focused on the development of first-in-class products to induce weight loss and improve glycemic control in overweight and obese patients, including those with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.

(12) Based in Tucson, AZ,HTG Molecular Diagnostics (HTGM) scheduled a $50 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $94 million at a price range midpoint of $14 for Thursday, May 7, 2015.

HTGM is a commercial stage company that developed and markets a novel technology platform to facilitate the routine use of complex molecular profiling.
