(SLTD) , a leading provider of solar power solutions and the developer of a proprietary high efficiency solar cell, announced today that it has scheduled its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Friday, November 20, 2015 at 9:00am MST at the Grand America Hotel, 555 Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Stockholders of record as of close of business on October 13, 2015 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
Additional information about the Annual Meeting will be contained in the Company's Proxy Statement, which will be mailed to stockholders of record prior to the Annual Meeting.
