Phishing is still a problem despite the fact you aren’t hearing nearly enough about it. One in 99 emails is a phishing attack, which means that employees are getting almost five such emails in a typical work week. What’s more, 30% of those emails make it past security efforts, and things like “Complaint Filed” or “Open Enrollment” play to an employee’s sense of urgency, causing them to click when they shouldn’t.
