The key to growing your business is to build it in such a way that it is scalable, but unfortunately most people don’t think about that when they are starting a business. Scalability is the key to growth, and chances are if you are still doing everything yourself your business is not ready to scale up. You have to let some things go and trust your employees to make decisions and trust contractors to take care of the things that are outside of your core competencies.
