Comex gold rallied to $1516.4 the Troy ounce overnight, but then fell to a low of $1482.0 midday, before ending Friday at $1492.5. Nymex crude oil traded between $97.87 and $100.70 per barrel overnight, then weakened to a low of $97.09 midday, before ending Friday at $99.33. The euro traded between 1.4187 and 1.4339 overnight, then tumbled to a low of 1.4065 midday, before ending Friday at 1.4106.

Sunpower (SPWRA) missed estimates by 2 cents and revenue by $28M. Denison Mining (DNN) is lifted to Hold from Reduce at TD Newcrest. Sunpower (SPWRA) is cut to Hold from Buy at ThinkEquity.
