Despite nearly nonexistent positive drug test results, 88% of employers still plan to drug test at some point in an employee’s career, whether during the hiring process or at random during employment. Drug testing has been shown to lead to safer workplaces with less conflict. In the age of legal marijuana things may be changing, but don’t expect to see drug testing go away altogether.
