Jordan Kimmel is the Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager at FACTS® Asset Management, a New Jersey Registered Investment Advisory firm that is focused on using a three component trust model of character, competence and consistency in all investment decisions and operations. Jordan’s career in the financial services industry has spanned over 30 years as a retail broker, fund/portfolio manager and independent financial advisor.
Jordan is best known for co-creating two stock selection models, most widely known is the Magnet® model which has been licensed to leading institutions including John Nuveen & Co.
The FACTS® model to be used by FACTS Asset Management is a holistic measurement of the trust “worthiness” of public companies and will be utilized in conjunction with the Magnet model portfolio management.
Over his career, Jordan has made hundreds of appearances on CNBC, Fox News and ABC News, been quoted extensively in print including a feature in Forbes Magazine on June 7, 2004. Jordan Kimmel has written three books on investing, the most recent is The Magnet Method of Investing (Wiley 2009). He is also frequently invited as a keynote speaker at investment industry meetings and national conferences.
Jordan earned a MS in Urban Policy Sciences and a BA in Economics from SUNY at Stony Brook. He graduated from The Bronx High School of Science.
