Sharing Services, Inc. (OTC Markets:SHRV) announced today that it is investing in Medical Smart Care, LLC (“MSC”) and its unique health benefits card program. The investment will include ownership of 40% of MSC with the opportunity to acquire the remaining ownership interest in MSC in whole at a later date.
