Does giving a VC a non-disclosure agreement kill the situation? Ken says it does! An NDA is all around protecting your assets and ideas so that nobody else will copy them. If you give a VC a potential roadblock such as a non-disclosure agreement, it slows things down. It could kill your opportunity to meet with them.

Using an NDA might help protect you with people such as your partners or for people who are going to work for you, but not for the VCs!
