Two New IPOs for week of September 8

In order of largest IPO first. 

(1) Based in Heidelberg, Germany, Affimed Therapeutics B.V. ($AFMD) scheduled a $75 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $267 million at a price range midpoint of $12 for Friday, Sept. 12, 2014.

AFMD is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing highly targeted cancer immunotherapies.

(2) Based in Yokneam, Israel, ReWalk Robotics ($RWLK) scheduled a $50 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $172 million at a price range midpoint of $15 for Friday, Sept 12, 2014.

RWLK is an innovative medical device company that is designing, developing and commercializing exoskeletons that allow wheelchair-bound individuals with mobility impairments or other medical conditions the ability to stand and walk once again.
