In order of largest IPO first. 

(1) Based in Houston, TX,Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. ($SHLX) scheduled a $750 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $1.35 billion at a price range midpoint of $20 for Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.

SHLX is a fee-based, growth-oriented master limited partnership recently formed by Shell to own, operate, develop and acquire pipelines and other midstream assets.  Report — SHLX

(2) Based in  Irvine, CA,Boot Barn Holdings ($BOOT) scheduled a $75 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $374 million at a price range midpoint of $15 for Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014.

BOOT is the largest and fastest-growing lifestyle retail chain devoted to western and work-related footwear, apparel and accessories in the U.S.

(3) Based in Santa Barbara, CA,Sientra ($SIEN) scheduled a $75 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $212 million at a price range midpoint of $15 for Wednesday October 29, 2014.
