Shares have been on a bumpy ride in 2015 for One Horizon Group Inc. ($OHGI) starting the year at $2.00 and moving higher to $5.50 in June before falling off to below the $1.00 mark. All in all, it’s been a roller coaster, but for those who follow small and microcaps, this is pretty normal for companies of this size ($50 million) that are around $2.00 per share. Today’s 10x volume increase may have tweaked the shorts to cover and bring back depth in the investor base.

The product utilizes VoIP and relays to a mobile phone, giving access to customers who have had difficulty getting service, as mobility builds out globally. They also have a payment solution to ease the payment process for customers using larger partners.

Low Cost Calling and Value-Added Service in China

One Horizon delivers its own brand of mobile VoIP in the People's Republic of China through its wholly-owned subsidiary in the Aishuo smartphone app, which offers Chinese smart phone consumers a value-added service that allows low cost calling and virtual SIM number rental for their smart phone, which is unlike any other service available in China.

The consumer can download the Aishuo app from iTunes, Baidu, Tencent and dozens of other app stores, and simply install the app on their smartphone. They can even fill up their app credit using the biggest payments services in China, including UnionPay and Alibaba ($BABA).

One Horizon Group Inc., through its subsidiaries, develops and licenses software solutions to telecommunications operators in Europe, Asia, the Russian Federation, and the United States.
