NorthStar Realty Europe posts 4Q profit

NEW YORK (AP) _ NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (NRE) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $1.4 million.

On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had profit of 2 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time items, were less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $32.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $31.1 million, or 57 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $129.9 million.

NorthStar Realty Europe shares have declined 17 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 6 percent in the last 12 months.
