Naked Brand Group Inc. - $NAKD |

NEW YORK, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Naked Brand Group Inc. (OTCQB: NAKD) ("Naked"), an innovative inner fashion and lifestyle brand, announced today that it will debut its premier women's collection of intimate apparel, loungewear and sleepwear at the CurveNY show at the Javits Center in New York City on August 2-4.  Helmed by intimates industry veteran and CFDA Board Member Carole Hochman, the new collection builds on the luxurious fabrications, impeccable fit and seamless designs of Naked's men's line to now offer women the same crave worthy designs constructed to feel as if you're wearing nothing at all.

"From the day I joined Naked last year, expanding our brand into the women's intimates market has been a key objective," saidCarole Hochman, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Creative Officer and Chairwoman of Naked.  "Now is a pivotal moment in fashion when comfort and performance have become as important as aesthetic in creating apparel that helps women and men thrive in their daily lives. Naked's mission is to set a new standard for fit, feel and function for innerwear and beyond."

Naked's debut women's collection draws inspiration from athleisure to deliver designs that easily transition from daytime to sleeptime with pieces that fulfill the active, modern women's fashion needs both in and out of the bedroom.  The sleepwear and loungewear groups within the collection utilize the same exceptional fabrics as the core of Naked's men's collection including luxurious Micromodal, soft, breathable and eco-friendly Tencel, as well as premium cotton stretch. These groups comprise a broad range of styles including bralettes, hipsters, boyshorts, chemises, robes, camisoles, lounge pants, sleepshirts, PJ sets and offers a beautiful range of colors and prints.

Simplicity and modern sophistication is key to Naked's four intimate apparel groups that epitomize fit, feel and function by fusing comfort, practicality and fashion together to offer key foundation items for every women's wardrobe.  These extraordinary innerwear groups include unlined multi-functional bralettes and panties in thong, hipster and brief silhouettes that offer contemporary designs utilizing superior fabrics such as modal, chantilly lace and mesh, and pima cotton. True to Naked's commitment to innovation, its "Signature" intimates group is produced using a novel electromagnetic technology to create a seamless, elastic-free waistband and velvety soft, smooth edges, for the utmost in comfort.

"This collection speaks to every woman," said Hochman. "To be naked is to be comfortable, unencumbered and free. It is about being yourself. At the end of the day when a woman takes off the layers: the lipstick, the heels, and the stress, she feels free. Naked captures this and offers women a chance to look great and feel even better."

The Naked women's collection will retail for $32 to $120 at fine retailers and online at www.wearnaked.com.
