NABUFIT Global Inc. (OTCQB:NBFT), developer of a groundbreaking new training portal that enhances individual workouts by providing expert advice from professional trainers, health experts and international sports stars, announced the election of four new members to the Fiscal Year 2017 – 2018 Board of Directors (“Board”).

The new directors were elected by the stockholders holding a majority of the Company’s outstanding common shares and follows the resignation of Soren Jonassen and Morten Karup from the Board. Mr. Ole Sigetty, Mr. Morten Albaek and Mr. Mads Frederiksen will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. Morten Krarup will continue as Chief Business Development Officer to the company. The new members of the Board take office on April 5, 2017.

The four new members who join the Board bring extensive financial, management and international business development experience.

Allan J. Vestergaardwill be the new Chairman of the board of directors. Additional newly elected board members include Anette Nørgaard, Kristoffer Ewald, Jørgen Buhl Rasmussen.

Allan J. Vestergaardhas global board experience and a solid theoretical foundation paired with extensive experience from different industries with a special focus on knowledge intensive industries and change management. Mr. Vestergaard engages with internationally focused companies providing leadership and strategic guidance as a consultant, board member and interim manager. During recent years, assignments have been on strategic focus/recalibration, senior management alignment, complex forensic matters, and mergers/acquisitions, all truly global oriented with a significant focus on Asia (China).

Anette Nørgaard’shas a background in business development, marketing and communications. Additionally, Anette has many years of experience in the IT industry, with roles at Microsoft and Oracle and began her career developing and converting applications on mainframes. She has a strong interest in working with small and medium sized companies, and brings a successful track record in business development.

Kristoffer Ewaldbelieves in innovation driven change leadership and management to achieve results. His focus is to bring passion, deep knowledge, scientific methods and out-of-the-box thinking to both projects, teams, leadership and clients. Kristoffer has a career in the disruptive landscape of Digital Strategies, Data Science and Marketing and is considered one of the best digital marketers in Europe.

Jørgen Buhl Rasmussenhas had an international career, with over 23 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Marketing and General Management. Recently, he was CEO and President of Carlsberg Breweries and prior to that was the Regional President in the Gillette Group and an Area Director of Duracell. Other Board positions currently held by Jørgen Buhl Rasmussen is Chairman of Novozymes A/S (world leader in enzymes) and Chairman of Uhrenholt A/S (international dairy business). In addition, Jørgen is engaged in other start up and venture businesses.
