Lomiko Metals to Announce New Graphite Resource Estimate at La Loutre Property

Spotlight Companies |

Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX-V: LMR), working with partner Canada Strategic Metals Inc. (TSX-V: CJC), has completed a drilling program and is working toward an 80% interest in the La Loutre property. Lomiko Metals will announce a 43-101 resource estimate based on excellent drill results at the La Loutre Graphite Property located near the Imerys Graphite and Carbon Mine in Quebec.

A Canadian exploration-stage company, Lomiko Metals’ mission is to acquire, explore and develop resource properties that contain minerals. With high tech companies making graphite, a material defined as greater than 99.99% graphite crystalline flake, a highly sought after resource, Lomiko is also focused on the exploration and development of Quebec-based graphite projects.

Lomiko has shown significant progress in both the company’s technology and exploration endeavors in 2015. Some of their operational milestones include:

  • Releasing the results of their drilling campaign on the La Loutre Graphite property, that included 11 exploration holes.
  • Releasing 'Graphene Flex Foam', a Multilayer Freestanding Flexible Graphene Foam
  • Launching a Kickstarter campaign to fund safety certification of the Spider Charger, an in-wall USB charging device that sets a new standard for energy efficiency and convenience for today’s connected consumer.

Taking note of recent reports on lithium and graphite by Benchmark Mineral Intelligence that indicate a steady rise in both minerals, the company has announced the following goals for 2016:

  • Creating a revenue stream from its licensing deals and e-commerce site and launch Lomiko Technologies as a new public company.
  • Continue developing Graphene 3D Lab’s business plan for revenue and profitability.

The new year looks promising for Lomiko Metals. Once again, the company, through their technology and exploration investments, offers a unique opportunity within the junior resource market.
