Invictus MD Acquires Additional Stake in Future Harvest

Invictus MD Strategies Corp. (CSE: IMH) (IVITF) announced today that it has acquired an additional 15% of the shares of Future Harvest Development Ltd. The shares were acquired indirectly through its subsidiary, Prestige Worldwide Holdings Inc., pursuant to the purchase and sale agreement dated March 3, 2015.

In exchange for the additional 15% of the shares of Future Harvest, the Company paid $375,000 in cash to certain shareholders of Future Harvest. The company now holds a 75% total interest in Future Harvest.

Future Harvest brings innovative products and solutions to the hydroponic and indoor growing industries.

Future Harvest’s product lines, including SunBlaster Lighting™, Nutradip, Plantlife Products and Future Harvest Plastics, as well as the Nano-Dome and Grow Light Garden systems, are available through leading distributors and retailers across North America, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Targeting companies with proven brands, a strong customer focus, and significant growth potential, Invictus MD works in partnership with management teams to increase shareholder value through business planning and process integration. Through these methods, Invictus MD develops and executes growth strategies, leveraging their experience and relationships to structure and deploy the proper capital to support long-term growth.

In recent months, the company has announced a number of major operational milestones, including:

  • Selling interest in Cannabis Health and Smokazon.
  • Achieving $1,287,035 in revenue for the three months ending on October 31, 2015.

Further still, Invictus MD’s wholly-owned subsidiary Edison Vape Co. Ltd., completed production-ready designs of the Edison Vape devices and manufacturing of the required molds.
