Partnership agreements come with expectations. The deal has to be beneficial for both parties involved in order for the partnership to continue or be renewed. The American-based company IGEN Networks Corp. (IGEN) (IGN:CNX) is one company holding up their end of their bargain in an agreement with one of the biggest names in cellular technology.
Nimbo LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of IGEN, has announced that the company has received Partner Relationship Management (PRM) status within the Verizon Partner Program.
Joining the partnership program earlier this year, Nimbo has an improved and direct engagement with the Verizon Communications, Inc. (VZ) sales team, since the company’s products and services are now fully integrated into the PRM.
“Since announcing our engagement with Verizon back in May 2015, we have been working diligently to reach the volumes required to achieve PRM status, and are delighted to have successfully attained this next step,” said said Neil Chan, CEO of IGEN Networks. “We can now share lead referrals directly through Verizon’s CRM, and provide activations and commissions for Verizon sales within the full Verizon sales hierarchy. Simply put, integration into the Verizon PRM portal allows us to market directly to and with Verizon’s sales force of over 11,000 sales people.”
Continued Growth for IGEN
IGEN Networks is an investor and manager of companies that provide cloud-based services through Machine-to-Machine device technologies. IGEN’s self-provisioning applications are used to manage and recover stolen assets, provide access to roadside assistance programs, and improve productivity of commercial fleets.
This development continues to demonstrate Nimbo and IGEN’s continued growth. In early October, the company’s publicly listed stock was added to the CSE Composite Index. Furthermore, the company’s Southern California automotive dealership program, in partnership with Star Shield Solutions LLC and Sky Force Technology Inc., was launched in June.
Maintaining partnerships is important, and yielding strong performance and promising numbers is essential for each party in any partnership. “Verizon is not only the largest wireless operator in the United States; they deliver integrated solutions to customers around the globe with reach in more than 150 countries,” said Chan. “We are clearly excited about the opportunity to further enhance our partnership and the potential it brings.”
