Jake Kloberdanz is a social entrepreneur and the CEO and Founder of ONEHOPE Wine, a world-class vineyard in Napa Valley that makes a positive impact on the world every day. ONEHOPE is a California-based social enterprise that sells wine and other products and services to raise awareness and funding for charitable organizations.

Jake talks about his passion for wine and how he got into the wine business. From the early days of working late hours in the grocery store, Jake realized the relevance of cause marketing, involving the cooperative efforts of a for-profit business and a non-profit organization for mutual benefit. He then got the idea to build a wine brand that gave back year round.

Jake talks about the importance of networking and how working at Trade Shows led him to meet the Mondavi Family. Jake explains that he attended hundreds of trade shows before meeting the influential Mondavi family members, “Running into the Mondavi family was a little bit by chance…but it took hundreds of events before where we didn’t necessarily run into Michael Mondavi or a legend like that…”
