December 15th, 2014 – Los Angeles, CA – Quizam Media Corporation (“Quizam” or “the Company”) ($QQ:CA), through its President Russ Rossi, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clarius Entertainment’s Chairman, William Sadleir to the Company’s Advisory Board.
Mr. Sadleir is the founder and Chairman of Clarius Capital, Inc. and its affiliated operations, including Clarius Capital Group, LLC, and Clarius Entertainment, LLC. He has over twenty-five years of transaction financing, filmmaking, strategic marketing, and operational leadership experience at the senior executive level in private enterprise and in government.
He was previously chairman of Dayna Communications, Inc., a venture capital-backed technology company he founded in 1985. Intel acquired Dayna in 1997. He was founder and CEO of The Genesis Group, an agribusiness consolidation that was later acquired by Lebanon Chemicals. He was also founder and CEO of Tempus Entertainment Group, a joint venture with The Walt Disney Company/ABC Multimedia and Electronic Arts. Prior to his business initiatives, Bill served as Special Assistant to the President of the United States at the White House. He later served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Deputy Chief of Protocol. He was also appointed by President Ronald Reagan to serve two terms on the Peace Corps Advisory Council. He is a magna cum laude graduate of BYU, where he was a Hinckley Scholar, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
