HempAmericana Recognized as ‘Next Market Leader’ of CBD Oils in Magazine Cover Story

HempAmericana is establishing itself as a premier player in the CBD Oil extraction and processing space.

In the March 2018 special edition of CannaInvestor, HempAmericana (HMPQ) was featured as the “next market leader” of the CBD oil market. The 26-page spread highlighted of the key steps the Company has taken over the past year to become one of the top high-capacity producers of high-quality CBD Oil in the eastern US market.

HempAmericana is establishing itself as a premier player in the CBD Oil extraction and processing space. Headquartered in New York, the Company is currently in the rolling paper and CBD oil business using the brand name Weed Got Oil.

The Company is currently wrapping up final construction activities at its high-capacity processing and extraction facility in Maine, where it has already received delivery of most key capital equipment. With primary supply and distribution partners already in place, once the facility comes completely online, full-scale production is expected to ramp up quickly.

Once operations in Maine are proceeding as planned, and the Company has completed its audit and secured an uplisting to a higher tier on the OTC, management expects to begin initial planning for several other regional CBD Oil extraction and processing facilities given the Company’s strong financial position at this stage.

“The anchors have been lifted off our company and stock,” said Salvador Rosillo, HempAmericana CEO. “We have no bank debt and we’re virtually debt-free with the exception of one friendly investor. In the future, we will be committed only to pursuing non-dilutive and non-toxic financing. Now we’re ready to move forward. We recently retained an accounting firm and we’re in the process of a one-year audit and up-listing to the OTCQB. In addition, we’re installing new extraction equipment, completing construction of our Augusta, Maine facility, expanding focus on M&A in high-growth areas, and increasing our investor relations outreach by communicating our new vision to investors.”
