Global Central Banks Focus for the Forex Week Ahead

In today's forex report for Equities.com, Greg Michalowski of GregMikeFX looks at the central bank events that will influence trading in the forex market this week. Michalowski also takes a look at the GBPUSD in his "Forex Chart of the Day" segment.



The week of July 14-18 looks to be packed on the Central Bank front, with a variety of key events taking place, notably Fed Chair Janet Yellen's tesimony before the Senate Banking Committee and House Financial Services. Additonally, the Bank of Japan is expected to weigh in on the country's economic situation. The BOJ is expected to raise their forecast for the Japanese economy, which will certainly affect the exchange between the dollar and the yen.
