LOS ANGELES, Calif., Nov. 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- equities.com, Inc., an online financial publication and social community for investors, has named Michael MacDonald as Chief Technology Officer. MacDonald is the former CTO of NASDAQ's Global Corporate Solutions.

MacDonald will spearhead equities.com's platform development and technology strategy, leveraging his nearly 20 years of product innovation, startup development, and global technology management experience in the new role.
