Villani is the former founder of NASDAQ Global Corporate Services, and Co-Founder of DF King Worldwide.

"Time and time again, Enzo has proven that he can be a force in the financial services industry. Villani was Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of DF King Worldwide. He has also held board positions with MZ Consult, the investor relations leader in Brazil and China, and later became President of MZ's US operations, which he founded through two acquisitions.
