Equities.com Appoints New CEO Enzo Villani, Founder of NASDAQ Global Corporate Services

LOS ANGELES, Calif., Aug. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equities.com, an online financial publication and social community for investors, has hired Enzo Villani as its new Chief Executive Officer. Villani is the former founder of NASDAQ Global Corporate Services, and Co-Founder of DF King Worldwide.

In 2006, he left NASDAQ to form Sage Holdings with other executives from the industry, which became DF King Worldwide after completing five international acquisitions. Villani was Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of DF King Worldwide. He has also held board positions with MZ Consult, the investor relations leader in Brazil and China, and later became President of MZ's US operations, which he founded through two acquisitions.
