“This decision by Kentucky reflects a similar faith our shareholders have put in us to revolutionize the criminal offender monitoring industry. By merging cutting edge technology with a corporate philosophy emphasizing the education and rehabilitation of the DUI offenders placed in our care by state judicial or administrative departments, we are creating amazing shareholder value while also simultaneously serving the public interest better than all of our competitors.
