CLEARFIELD, Pa. (AP) _ CNB Financial Corp. (CCNE) on Monday reported first-quarter profit of $9.5 million.

The bank, based in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, said it had earnings of 62 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $42.9 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $33.9 million, exceeding Street forecasts.

CNB shares have climbed 18 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $27.11, a drop of 6 percent in the last 12 months.
