Citizens Financial Group leads this week's list of debuts into the public markets. The list of nine IPOs is scheduled to raise a cumulative $5.3 billion.

(1) Based in Providence, RI, Citizens Financial Group  (CFG) scheduled a $3.4 billion IPO on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $13.4 billion at a price range midpoint of $24 for Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014.

CFG is the 13th largest retail bank holding company in the United States according to SNL Financial with $130.3 billion of total assets as of June 30, 2014.

(2) Based in Englewood, CO, Vantage Energy (VEI) scheduled a $600 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $1.8 billion at a price range midpoint of $25.50 for Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.

VEI a growth-oriented, independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and exploration of oil and natural gas properties in the United States, with a focus on the Marcellus Shale.

(3) Based in Atlanta, GA, Travelport Worldwide LTD  (TVPT) scheduled a $450 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $1.8 billion at a price range midpoint of $15 for Thursday, Sept 25, 2014.

TVPT is a leading travel commerce platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the $7 trillion global travel and tourism industry.

(4) Based in Canonsburg, PA, CONE Midstream Partners LP (CNNX) scheduled a $350 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $1.18 billion at a price range midpoint of $20 for Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.

CNNX is a fee-based, growth-oriented master limited partnership recently formed by CONSOL Energy Inc. (CNX) and Noble Energy, Inc. (NBL) , which have a combined market cap of $34 billion.

(5) Based in Commerce, CA, Smart & Final Stores (SFS) scheduled a $175 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $924 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014.

SFS is a high-growth, value-oriented food retailer serving a diverse demographic of household and business customers through two complementary and highly productive store banners.

(6) Based in New York, NY, Medley Management (MDLY) scheduled a $126 million IPO on NYSE with a market capitalization of $616 million at a price range midpoint of $21 for Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014.

Medley is a rapidly growing asset management firm with approximately $3.3 billion of AUM (assets under management) as of June 30, 2014, focused on private junk bonds.

(7) Based in Fort Washington, PA, Vitae Pharmaceuticals (VTAE) scheduled a $60 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $196 million at a price range mid-point of $12 for Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014.

VTAE is a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing novel, small molecule drugs for diseases that represent large market opportunities where there are significant unmet medical needs.

(8) Based in Petach Tikva, Israel, Cyber-Ark Software (CYBR) scheduled a $75 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $414 million at a price range midpoint of $12 for Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014.

CYBR is a global leader and pioneer of a new layer of IT security solutions that protects organizations from cyber attacks that have made their way inside the network perimeter to strike at the heart of the enterprise.

(9) Based in Chelsea, MA, Civitas Therapeutics (CVTS) scheduled a $60 million IPO on Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $363 million at a price range midpoint of $15 for Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.

CVTS is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing transformative therapeutics using its proprietary ARCUS technology, with an initial focus on treating debilitating OFF episodes, the unpredictable re-emergence of symptoms, in patients with Parkinson’s disease, or PD.
