Ronald Woessner

Crowd Funding Expert, Entrepreneur, Investor

Mr. Woessner is former Senior Counsel to the Financial Services Committee of the US House of Representatives where he was special advisor to the Chairman for capital formation and fintech matters. He is a Reg CF crowdfunding expert, former General Counsel to two NASDAQ listed companies, and one of approximately 250 CEOs to have up-listed an issuer from OTC Markets to NASDAQ in recent years. Mr. Woessner mentors smaller cap companies to help them create success and raise capital through Reg CF crowdfundings, Reg 506, and other SEC compliant means. HIs particular expertise in raising capital derives from helping his employers and clients raise approximately $120M in the US public and private capital markets over the years. Mr. Woessner, a certified Toastmaster, also lectures and writes on the topic of the inhospitability of the public markets to smaller-cap companies and other capital markets matters. He also advocates in Washington DC for policies that create a more hospitable public company environment for smaller-cap companies, enhance capital formation, promote entrepreneurship, and increase upward mobility for all Americans, particularly minorities.
