Recently Released Video Demonstrates Easy Steps to Getting Approved into the Blinkerr System for Automatic Quality BacklinksPR Web

WordPress bloggers have a great resource for improving their online visibility in Blinkerr, a WordPress plugin that allows them to receive backlinks from as well as display backlinks for other self-hosted WordPress blogs. This nifty plugin is one of Web professional Dave Wooding’s innovations and to make it easier for interested parties to start using it, he recently released a video detailing Blinkerr’s activation process and blog approval system.
Wooding takes pains in stressing that only quality sites are admitted into the Blinkerr system. “Blinkerr provides backlinks from other blogs that have been approved into the system. The emphasis is on only allowing quality blogs into the system,” he reiterates. “There is a manual review process that checks to see if the blog is indexed in Google, if it is a new domain with no history or an old domain with history. If it is an old domain, a further check is done to be sure that it has always been a quality site. Additionally, Blinkerr members can remove links to their blog or from their blog - members have control.”
Blinkerr members are website owners who recognize and appreciate the advantages of having great quality backlinks pointing to their sites. Wooding goes into specifics, “Blinkerr is not for those that turn out websites with ‘crap’ on them. Subjects you won’t find here are Pills, Porn, and Casino.” Hate, harassment and violence are also taboo.
The video shows that it takes very little time to get started. The first step of installing the WordPress backlink plugin will take about 10 minutes. What follows, however, is not as quick a process as the installation. The approval process and the distribution of links to and from a website certainly take longer to ensure that everything is in order.
“Here is the process that happens when a site is submitted. First, the site is reviewed to make sure the plugin is installed and the sidebar widget is activated. Next, we review the site’s history at the Wayback Machine site for any ‘questionable’ content. We check to see if the site is indexed in the search engines. Also, the site is visited and the content is reviewed for ‘questionable’ content,” Wooding elaborates, adding, “Yes, we do make a judgment call on what content is acceptable or not. Not all sites are accepted.”
The online entrepreneur is candid about what Blinkerr can do. With refreshing honesty, he clarifies, “Blinkerr is not going to get your WordPress blog ranked for hyper-competitive terms and you will not see tons of traffic. Think of Blinkerr as one round of ammunition in the chamber or one arrow in the quiver. Blinkerr will help get your website noticed by visitors and search engines alike.”
