EYEBROWS are back as London Fashion Week showcases bigger and better brows
PR Web(PRWEB UK) 19 September 2012
LONDON FASHION WEEK 2012 has showcased some of the greatest and most eccentric designers in the world!
From Gucci to Mulberry to Vivienne Westwood, the latest Spring/Summer 2012 styles are shaping up to be some the most innovative trends yet. However, some may argue that its not just the outfits that create the trends. Its also the make-up - and in particular for this seasons trend - its the eyebrow beauty.
Specialist Make-Up Services owner and renowned beauty expert Debra Robson-Lawrence spoke about the new season beauty trends, saying Women are no longer looking for the high arch, slim brow. It is all about a fuller and more defined brow and this growing trend and this demand is clearly being reflected within the fashion industry.
So it would seem that like cream is to strawberries, a models makeup is an essential part in making the outfit look delicious and London Fashion Week has certainly shown a range of designers using different make-up trends.
Queen of the extreme, Vivienne Westwood channelled a 1960s Andy Warhol inspired make-up to complement her catwalk outfits. Whilst Issa London channelled a 1970s look with cat eye flicks, bright fuchsia lips and bold eyebrows. And on the other end of the spectrum, Calvin Klein opted for a girl-next-door makeup style with nude undertones and full defined eyebrows.
Debra Robson-Lawrence continues to say how, A models make-up is a key point in any fashion show, in my opinion, it sets off the outfit. One thing I have seen from this London Fashion week is an emphasis on defined or darker brows on models, similar to those in the Autumn / Winter 2012 shows".
This Autumn/Winter saw the likes of Chanel and Versace make the eyebrow the must have fashion accessory. As Chanel collaborated with Masion Lesages embroidery studio to make some seriously dazzling crystallised brows whilst Herv Lger and Alberta Ferretti opted for grunge look through a bold statement brow.
So gather up the eyebrow pencils to attempt a fuller brow. Alternatively, opt for a professional semi-permanent eyebrow treatment, for a long lasting effect, with Debra-Robson Lawrence and her specialist beauty team at http://permanent-makeup.com
