Street Toyota Scion of Amarillo, Texas will welcome new employees to the dealership on July 24 with a New Employee Orientation.
Street Toyota Scion will welcome its new employees to the dealership with an orientation in the morning that is both educational and fun to the employees. Employees will receive information about each department and what each department does and who leads that department.
We will be introducing everything Street Toyota stands for and who the company is in general, we will also be getting to know everyone a little better. Mike Good, Street Toyota Scion General Manager said. We will be introducing all the departments to the new employees too. Street Toyota Scion holds three new employee Orientations per year. All employees are required to attend one orientation once they start working.
It is a really great experience to go through, Dave Walker, Scion Manager said. Everyone has a great time and learns a lot about the company.
Joe Street, Owner of Street Toyota Scion and all of the Street Toyota Scion Managers will attend the orientation and welcome the new employees on Tuesday.
In addition to all the fun and learning, we have some fun too, Walker said. We play a couple games to learn one anothers names and to build teamwork. We also give out door prizes to the new employees.
