BRIEF: 2 sought for using pilfered credit card number to charge thousands at Palm Beach County Target stores [The Palm Beach Post, Fla.]
By Alexandra Seltzer, The Palm Beach Post, Fla.McClatchy-Tribune Information ServicesDec. 12--Palm Beach County Sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying two men who allegedly used a person's credit card to buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise at multiple Target locations, according to a statement released by a sheriff's spokeswoman.
The owner of the American Express credit card reported to police Nov. 7 that someone fraudulently charged thousands of dollars to his card.
The card was in the owner's possession while the transactions occurred, the statement says.
The two men shown in the provided picture were captured by surveillance using the man's credit card information at multiple Target locations in the county on Nov. 6 between 4 and 8 p.m.
The men were last seen driving a dark colored Ford Expedition.
