Keyera appoints vice president and CFO

Nov 26, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) --Keyera Corp. a natural gas midstream company, has appointed Steven Kroeker as vice president and CFO. Mr Kroeker currently serves as the company's vice president of corporate development.

In his new role, Mr Kroeker will be responsible for Keyera's accounting, treasury, internal audit, corporate reporting and corporate development functions. Mr Kroeker has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including nine years in energy focused investment banking.

"I am pleased to welcome Steven to his new role," said Jim Bertram, Keyera's CEO. "Steven has been a key member of our executive team over the past six years and a major contributor to Keyera's success. His business acumen and capital markets experience will be valuable in his new role."
