FNCB Announces Staff Promotions

Release date- 10102012 - First National Community Bank (FNCB), the largest community bank in Northeastern Pennsylvania, today announced several staff promotions.
Richard D. Padula, Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator Supervisor
Richard D. Padula has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator Supervisor, where he is responsible for the daily management and overall performance of the mortgage originators. He is also responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans and guiding applicants through the mortgage loan application and approval process.
Mr. Padula has been with First National Community Bank for 20 years, including the last 10 years in the mortgage loan division.
He is a graduate of Scranton Preparatory High School and the University of Scranton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He has also completed numerous American Institute of Banking courses.
An active member of the community, he is a member of the Dunmore Rotary, UNICO, Abington Junior Comets and the Summit Wrestling Club. He currently resides in Clarks Summit, PA with his wife Julie and sons Richie and Gavin.
Lois Ann Miller, Business Development Specialist
Lois Ann Miller has been promoted to Business Development Specialist where she is responsible for the growth and development of new business opportunities.
Ms. Miller joined First National Community Bank in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at the Customer Care Center. Prior to joining FNCB, she had more than seven years of experience in the financial services industry.
She is a graduate of Seton Catholic High School and attended Luzerne County Community College.
SShe is a member of the Hughestown Lions Club and is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. She currently resides in Pittston Township with her husband Robert and son Robbie.
Patrick Ehnot, Electronic Banking Coordinator
Patrick hnot has been promoted to Electronic Banking Coordinator where he will oversee all electronic banking projects to ensure the installation of products are completed on time and all terms and conditions are met.
Mr. Ehnot joined First National Community Bank in 2009 and held the position of Operations Support Analyst. Prior to joining FNCB, he was a mortgage originator at First Sunrise Mortgage.
He is a graduate of Dunmore High School and the University of Scranton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He currently resides in Dunmore, PA.
Patrick Muth, Credit Analyst I
Patrick uth has been promoted to Credit Analyst I where he is responsible for preparing financial analysis on corporate loans, communicating the structure of loan requests and preparing monthly and quarterly reports for loan officers.
Mr. Muth joined First National Community Bank in September, 2011 as an Accounting Clerk.
He is a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and King's College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in finance and business administration. He currently resides in Nanticoke, PA.
