Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. Named Among Top Socially Responsible Companies in Peru

(NYSE: CPAC; BVL: CPACASC1) ("the Company" or "Cementos Pacasmayo") was named among the most Socially Responsible Companies in Peru by the organization Peru 2021 in association with Cemefi, the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (see also Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A.).

Cementos Pacasmayo was one of the Peruvian companies receiving the Top Social Responsibility Award (Distintivo de Empresa Socialmente Responsable) at an official ceremony held at the Westin Libertador in Lima. The award credits companies that voluntarily conduct all aspects of their business in a socially responsible manner and whose corporate culture and strategy incorporate this concept.

This award is given to the companies with the highest scores achieved in the following four areas: employee quality of life, business ethics, community involvement, and environmental awareness.
