Petrofac confirms $100 million Basra O&M contract [TendersInfo (India)]

Petrofac has won a $100 million operations and maintenance contract at the Iraq Crude Oil Expansion Project offshore Basra. In a statement today confirming the deal, Petrofac confirmed it had won the competitive tender, the first that the company has won directly from an Iraqi NOC. Awarded by Iraq s South Oil Company, the 12-month contract will commence following a three-month mobilisation period.
