OMXHelsinki, 2012-08-10 11:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --DIGIA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 August 2012, 12:00 A.M.On August 9, 2012, Digia announced that it had entered into an agreement toacquire the Qt software technologies and Qt business from Nokia. Following theacquisition, Digia will be responsible for all the Qt activities formerlycarried out by Nokia.The agreement sets the net cash consideration between the acquisition price andrelated licensing arrangement as approximately EUR 4,0 million payable by Digiato Nokia.
