Migao Announces Appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as Auditor

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 3, 2012) - Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO) ("Corporation"), a China-based leading specialty potash fertilizer producer, today announced the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, of Hong Kong, as auditors of the Corporation, following the resignation of MSCM LLP at the request of the Corporation. There were no reservations in the reports of MSCM LLP or reportable events on the financial statements of the Corporation for the two most recently completed fiscal years. The appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
