HONG KONG STOCKS: Sinopec (386) is trading off 0.60% at HK$6.63. The state-owned oil refiner, along with natural gas producer ENN Energy Holdings (2688), have extended their offer to purchase China Gas Holdings for $2.2 billion by one month, pending regulatory approvals from Chinese authorities, according to a company statement to the Hong Kong exchange on Friday. The HSI is now lower 0.52%.
