Harvey, executive VP and CFO, reported an acquisition via non-qualified stock options (right to buy) and an acquisition of restricted stock and common stock; Gregory J. T. Rowe Price Group Inc., Baltimore (3): J. Alfred Broaddus Jr., a director, reported an acquisition via stock options (right to buy) and a disposal of common stock; Michael C. Gitlin, VP, reported a disposal of common stock and an acquisition of common stock; William J. Stromberg, VP, reported a disposal of common stock and an acquisition of common stock.
