9 IPOs Scheduled for the Week of March 31

(1) Based in Danbury, CT,  IMS Health Holdings (IMS) scheduled a $1.268 billion IPO on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $6.5 billion at a price range midpoint of $19.50 for Friday, April 4, 2014.

IMS is a leading global information and technology services company providing clients in the healthcare industry with comprehensive solutions to measure and improve their performance.

(2) Based in Chicago, IL, GrubHub (GRUB) scheduled a $148 million IPO on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $1.65 billion at a price range midpoint of $21 for Friday, April 4, 2014.

GRUB appears to have a first mover advantage in the space of online/mobile restaurant pickup & deliveries services.

(3) Based in Beijing, China, Tarena International (TEDU) scheduled a $138 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $408 million at a price range midpoint of $9 for Thursday, April 3, 2014.

TEDU is a leading provider of professional education services in China.  In 2013, TEDU was  recognized as the Outstanding Training Institute by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, or the MIIT.

(4) Based in Arlington, VA, Opower (OPWR) scheduled a $110 million IPO on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $855 million at a price range midpoint of $18 for Friday, April 4, 2014.

OPWR is a leading provider of cloud-based software to the $2.2 trillion utility industry.

(5) Based in Los Angeles, CA, The Rubicon Project (RUBI) scheduled a $108 million IPO on the NYSE with a market capitalization of $556 million at a price range midpoint of $16 for Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

RUBI is a technology company on a mission to automate the buying and selling of advertising.

(6) Based in San Ramon, CA, Five9 (FIVN) scheduled a $100 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $460 million at a price range midpoint of $10 for Friday, April 4, 2014.

Five9 is a pioneer and leading provider of cloud software for contact centers.

(7) Based in Menlo Park, CA, Corium International (CORI) scheduled a $60 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $184 million at a price range midpoint of $11 for Thursday, April 3, 2014.

CORI is a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacture and commercialization of specialty pharmaceutical products that leverage its broad experience in transdermal and transmucosal delivery systems.

(8) Based in Durham, NC, Scynexis (SCYX) scheduled a $55 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $204 million at a price range midpoint of $13 for Thursday, April 3, 2014.

SCYX is a pharmaceutical company committed to the discovery, development and commercialization of novel anti-infectives to address significant unmet therapeutic needs.

(9) Based in Baton Rouge, LA, 1347 Property Insurance Holdings (PIH) originally scheduled a $25 million IPO on the Nasdaq with a market capitalization of $40 million, at a price range midpoint of $11.  The IPO has been re-priced to $8 for Tuesday, April 1, 2014. 

PIH is a specialized local property and casualty insurer in Louisiana.
