Don Morrison, Don Morrison is COO, BlackBerry at Research In Motion. Don oversees all domestic and international operations focusing on the development and execution of a world-class, customer-driven organization to support the BlackBerry wireless solution. Before joining RIM in 2000, Don undertook a number of senior leadership positions in Canada, the United States, Europe and the Middle East with AT&T and Bell Canada. Don holds an MBA and BA from the University of Toronto and also participated in the Executive Program at the University of Virginia, Darden Business School.

Brian Bidulka, Brian Bidulka is Chief Financial Officer at Research In Motion serving as the Company\'s senior financial officer overseeing all financial reporting and compliance activities. Prior to joining RIM in 2005, Brian held numerous finance positions at Molson Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP. Brian received his Chartered Accountant\'s designation in 1989 and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.

Mr. Lazaridis, 50, has served as a director of the Company since 1984 and is the co-founder, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He holds an honorary Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. In May 2009, Mr. Lazaridis was inducted into the Order of the Business Hall of Fame in recognition of his business excellence, outstanding business achievements and enduring contributions to Canadian society. In recognition of his leadership and innovation, he was named by The Globe and Mail as Canadas Nation Builder of the Year for 2002. He is also an Officer of the Order of Canada. Mr. Lazaridis has more than 50 patents issued and has received dozens of industry and community awards for his innovations in wireless radio technology/software. He has founded two research institutions of international significance: the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, an independent theoretical physics research institute and the Institute for Quantum Computing, a research center focused on fundamental aspects of quantum mechanics and their applications to information processing which was established within the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Balsillie, 50, served as a director of the Company from 1993 to February 2009 and was re-appointed by the Board of Directors as a director on May 28, 2010. Mr. Balsillie was appointed Co-Chairman in December 2010. Mr. Balsillie is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Balsillie is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Balsillie also holds several Honorary Doctorate degrees. In addition, Mr. Balsillie holds an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Prior to joining and investing in the Company in 1992, Mr. Balsillie was Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Sutherland-Shultz Limited in Kitchener, Ontario. In 2002, Mr. Balsillie founded the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), a research institute focused on the restructuring of international governance practices, with a particular emphasis on financial and economic institutions. Mr. Balsillie is also the Chair of the Canadian International Council.
