Anna Marie Cellino, President of Distribution Corporation since July 2008. Ms. Cellino previously served as Secretary of the Company from October 1995 through June 2008;; Secretary of Distribution Corporation from September 1999 through September 2008;; and Senior Vice President of Distribution Corporation from July 2001 through June 2008.

Ronald J. Tanski, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since July 2010. Mr. Tanski previously served as Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company from April 2004 through June 2010;; President of Supply Corporation from July 2008 through June 2010;; President of Distribution Corporation from February 2006 through June 2008;; and Treasurer of Distribution Corporation from April 2004 through July 2008;; Controller of the Company from February 2003 through March 2004;; Senior Vice President of Distribution Corporation from July 2001 through January 2006;; and Controller of Distribution Corporation from February 1997 through March 2004. On June 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of National Fuel Gas Company elected Ronald J. Tanski President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective July 1, 2010. Mr. Tanski will resign the positions of Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company and President of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation effective July 1, 2010.

Senior Vice President of the Company since July 2010 and President of Seneca since December 2006. Prior to joining Seneca, Mr. Cabell served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Marubeni Oil & Gas (USA) Inc., an exploration and production company, from June 2003 to December 2006. Mr. Cabells prior employer is not a subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

On June 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of National Fuel Gas Company elected David P. Bauer Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company. The appointments are effective July 1, 2010. Mr. Bauer, has served as Treasurer of Supply Corporation and Treasurer of Empire Pipeline, Inc. (Empire Pipeline) since June 2007. He has served as Assistant Treasurer of Distribution Corporation since April 2004. Bauer joined National Fuel in 2001 after 10 years at what is now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting at Boston College. Bauer is a Trustee and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Canisius High School, and a Board member of the YMCA Niagara Buffalo. He resides in Clarence, New York.

David F. Smith has been Chairman of the Board of the Company since March 11, 2010, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 2008. Mr. Smith has been Chairman of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (1), and National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (1) since March of 2008, and Chairman of Empire Pipeline, Inc. (1) and Seneca Resources Corporation (1) since April 2008. He was previously President of the Company from February 2006 to June 30, 2010 and Vice President from April 2005 to February 2006, President of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (1) from April 2005 to July 1, 2008 and Senior Vice President from June 2000 to April 2005, and was President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (1) from July 1999 to April 2005 and Senior Vice President from January 1993 to July 1999. Mr. Smith was also President of Empire State Pipeline (1) from April 2005 through July 2008, and President or Chairman of various non-regulated subsidiaries of the Company. He is a Board member of the AGA (Executive Committee), American Gas Foundation, Gas Technology Institute (Executive Committee) the Business Council of New York State (Chairman and member Executive Committee), the immediate past Chairman of the Buffalo Niagara Enterprise (Executive Committee ), the Buffalo Niagara Partnership (Executive Committee) the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School Deans Advisory Council and The Sabres Foundation. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Smith, 58, has been a Company director since 2007.
