Mr. Kunkel joined CarMax in 1998 as vice president, marketing and strategy. Mr. Kunkel was named senior vice president in 2001. Prior to joining CarMax, Mr. Kunkel was president of Wholesome Kidfoods, Inc. and a senior manager with McKinsey and Company.

Executive Vice President of Finance at CarMax since 2010. He joined CarMax in 1996 as vice president and chief financial officer after spending 14 years at Circuit City Stores, Inc. He was promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer at CarMax in 2001. While at Circuit City, he served as controller for the West Coast Division from 1984 to 1987, assistant controller from 1987 to 1990, corporate controller from 1990 to 1996 and vice president from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Brownings more than 40 years of experience in the retail business, as well as his 14 years of service as our chief financial officer, qualify him to serve on our board. With oversight responsibility for CarMaxs accounting and finance operations, including CarMax Auto Finance, he provides the board with detailed insight into the financial performance of the company. On July 18, 2011, Keith D. Browning, a member of the Board of Directors of CarMax, Inc., and the Companys Executive Vice President, Finance, notified the Company that effective October 18, 2011, he will be retiring from both the Company and the Board.

Mr. Dolan joined CarMax in 1997 as vice president and chief information officer. He was named senior vice president in 2001 and was promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer in 2006. Mr. Dolan had prior executive experience in information systems with H.E. Butt Grocery Company, a privately held grocery retailer, where he was vice president and chief information officer.

President and Chief Executive Officer of CarMax since 2006. He joined CarMax in 1993 as senior buyer and became director of purchasing in 1994. Mr. Folliard was promoted to vice president of merchandising in 1996, senior vice president of store operations in 2000, executive vice president of store operations in 2001 and president and chief executive officer in 2006. As the chief executive of CarMax, Mr. Folliard leads the day-to-day operation of CarMax and is responsible for establishing and executing the companys strategic plans. His significant experience in the auto retail industry, his tenure with CarMax and his motivational leadership of more than 15,000 CarMax associates provide the board with unique insight into the company and qualify him to serve on the board.

Mr. Wood joined CarMax in 1993 as a buyer-in-training. He has served as buyer, purchasing manager, district manager, regional director and director of buyer development. He was named vice president, merchandising in 1998 and was promoted to vice president of sales operations in 2007. In January 2010, Mr. Wood was promoted to senior vice president, sales. Prior to joining CarMax, Mr. Wood worked at Circuit City from 1989 to 1993.

Mr. Reedy joined CarMax in 2003 as its vice president and treasurer and, in January 2010, was promoted to senior vice president, finance. In October 2010, Mr. Reedy was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining CarMax, Mr. Reedy was vice president, corporate development and treasurer of Gateway, Inc., a technology retail company.
