He had been Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mobility Group, since 2005 - 2007. Prior President and General Manager, Mobile Platforms Group, to that, Mr. Perlmutter was Vice President and General Manager, Mobility Group, in 2005;; Vice from 2000 to 2005;; and Vice President, Microprocessor Group, and General Manager, Basic Microprocessor Division and Intel Israel Development Center, from 1996 to 2000. Joined Intel 1980. March 1, 2010 Intel Corporation said today that Sean Maloney, executive vice president, is taking a medical leave of absence after suffering a stroke at his home. His duties in the interim will be assumed by Dadi Perlmutter, also executive vice president and co-general manager (with Maloney) of the Intel Architecture Group.

Andy D. Bryant, age 61, is currently Executive Vice President, Technology, Manufacturing and Enterprise Services, and Chief Administrative Officer of Intel. He is responsible for technology development and manufacturing, financial operations, human resources, information technology and e-business functions and activities worldwide. Bryant joined Intel in 1981 as Controller for the Commercial Memory Systems Operation and in 1983 became Systems Group Controller. In 1987 he was promoted to Director of Finance for the company, and was appointed Vice President and Director of Finance of the Intel Products Group in 1990. Mr. Bryant became CFO in February 1994, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in January 1999. Mr. Bryant expanded his role to Chief Financial and Enterprise Services Officer in December 1999. In October 2007, Mr. Bryant was named Chief Administrative Officer. In 2009 Mr. Bryants responsibilities expanded to include the Technology and Manufacturing Group. Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Bryant held positions in finance at Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corporation. Mr. Bryant holds a bachelor\'s degree in economics from the University of Missouri and a master\'s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Kansas. On July 26, 2011, the Board of Directors of Intel Corporation elected Andy D. Bryant as a member of the Board and as Vice Chair of the Board, effective July 26, 2011. The board of directors elected Andy Bryant as vice chairman of the board, a new position, in preparation for him to be elected Intels next Chairman following the companys annual stockholders meeting scheduled for May of 2012.

Paul S. Otellini has been a director of Intel since 2002 and President and CEO since 2005. Mr. Otellini has been with Intel since 1974 and has also served as Intels Chief Operating Officer (COO) from 2002 to 2005;; Executive Vice President and General Manager, Intel Architecture Group, from 1998 to 2002;; and Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Marketing Group, from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Otellini is a member of the board of directors of Google Inc.
